The attacks in France by extremists have again brought the problem that the extremist religions pose to the world. I still believe that the third world war will address the remaining unsolved problem in the world: extremist religions. So far the attitude the world democratic governments have taken with reference to these extremists can be summarized in the following words: "It is there religion." And how dare we say anything wrong about someone's religion.
The fact of the matter is that these religions have to be objectively understood. At the end of the day all organized religions and even the ones that are tradition based, are mind control systems. Many if not all of the desert religion have openly espoused the "US" vs "THEM" mentality. The third world war will solve this unresolved problem of religions of the middle ages teaching things to their followers which are basically incongruous in the modern world.
Let us hope that the victorious will be the voice of the reason and Liberté, égalité, fraternité. And then civilized humans will move to the real struggle: the role of a socially sensitive and responsible human being, and not the "consumer-is-king" brand individual.
